Hey there, internet wanderer—welcome to my little corner of absurdity. I’m Big Bob Harper, a Gen X animator, writer, and producer with a lifelong addiction to comedy that runs from Monty Python to Mad Magazine, from punk rock basement shows to Saturday morning cartoons. Basically, I was raised on equal parts slapstick and sarcasm, and I never recovered.

This site is my home base, my sketchbook, and my digital soapbox rolled into one. Here you’ll find my projects—cartoons, comics, satirical picture books, parody magazines, and eventually full-blown feature films (yes, I’m crazy enough to make those). My work lives somewhere between nostalgia and nonsense, drawing on the humor I grew up with in the 70s, 80s, and 90s and giving it a good, dark, modern twist.

I believe comedy should push buttons, break rules, and occasionally make people wonder, “Should I really be laughing at this?” (Answer: absolutely.) Whether it’s a talking catfish in a trucker hat, a duck-alligator hybrid, or superheroes who can’t get their act together, my characters exist to poke fun at life, culture, and all the ridiculous stuff we take way too seriously.
